Our intellectual property attorneys have legal and industry experience in every field of technology, and a sampling of areas in which we represent clients includes life sciences (pharmaceuticals and biotechnology), material science, medical and diagnostic devices, geotechnical application, electronics, computers (software and artificial intelligence), telephony (mobile and wireless), fintech, autonomous vehicles (drones, cars, and robotics), manufacturing and consumer products.

We help clients acquire patents, trademarks, and copyrights and advise them on identifying and maintaining trade secrets and other confidential information. In addition to our experienced attorney teams, we are supported by multiple patent agents and technical advisors, many with Master’s and Ph.D. degrees and research experience in chemistry, biochemistry and computer science, who write, file, and assist with the prosecution of U.S. patents and patent applications.

We utilize foreign agents to file and prosecute our clients’ counterpart patent applications in every commercially significant country in the world. We work with registered patent attorneys in foreign countries to obtain consistent patent rights for our clients worldwide. We also obtain registered U.S. trademarks for our clients that include brand names for a significant number of Fortune 500 clients and work with foreign agents to protect those marks worldwide.
