Vinca P. Boljesic

Vinca Boljesic is a registered Patent Agent in the firm’s Raleigh office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice. Her work focuses on U.S. and international patent prosecution and portfolio management.

Before joining the firm, Vinca served as a Patent Agent and Intellectual Property Specialist at a law firm focused on intellectual property matters, where she prepared and prosecuted U.S. and international patent and trademark applications, drafted responses to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and trained new staff members. Earlier in her career, she held positions as a Patent, Foreign Filing, and Docketing Specialist with several prominent Washington, D.C.–based firms, where she oversaw foreign and domestic patent prosecution for multinational pharmaceutical clients and coordinated global patent filings.

Vinca’s experience spans the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries.
