Overview

Frank is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Employment & Labor practice group. He represents employers in a wide range of workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. He has significant trial experience representing clients before judges, juries, and arbitrators, and he leverages that experience to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Frank served as a principal at a national labor and employment law firm, where he gained broad litigation experience prosecuting and defending actions involving noncompetition agreements, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and single-plaintiff litigation.
