  • An overview of how AI is used in the workplace today and potential future use of AI
  • How policymakers/regulators are responding to this emerging challenge, including the EEOC and NLRB
  • How courts are responding
  • Practical concerns with employer use of AI, such as what practices might intrude on the rights of employees and/or job applicants
  • How AI can be used to improve productivity and accelerate employees’ performance
