Overview
Will is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Credit & Restructuring practice group. His practice focuses on corporate finance and acquisition transactions, where he advises on a wide range of debt structures, including unitranche, asset-based lending (ABL), first-lien, split-lien, second-lien, and mezzanine financings, both secured and unsecured. Will serves as a trusted advisor to his clients, bringing with him years of industry experience. He approaches each matter with a thoughtful strategy and a client-centered mindset.
Will represents lenders, private equity portfolio companies, private companies, and Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs). He assists clients with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex debt transactions, as well as related equity co-investments. He also advises private equity funds on acquisition financings, including leveraged buyouts and third-party debt transactions.
Will earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. in Accounting from Berry College.
