Will is widely recognized for his work advising clients on complex credit and financing transactions, with notable expertise in private credit, mezzanine finance, and SBIC lending matters, helping lenders, sponsors, investors, and businesses navigate challenging transactions and evolving market conditions. His practical, solutions‑oriented approach and strong client relationships further enhance the depth of the firm’s Credit & Restructuring team and strengthen its ability to serve clients in the Southeast and beyond.

Will earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. in Accounting from Berry College where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors.
