Sara Beth DeLisle

Sara Beth is a Shareholder in Maynard Nexsen’s Employment & Labor practice group.

With nearly two decades of trial experience as a shareholder at a prominent southeastern litigation boutique, handling complex litigation matters across a wide variety of industries, and as a judicial clerk managing Alabama’s only dedicated commercial litigation docket, Sara Beth is at home in the courtroom.

But she is solution savvy too.

Sara Beth understands that the best results are often gained through strategic collaboration with her clients and street-smart negotiations with the other side. She knows that achieving a meaningful and efficient resolution of her client’s problem is—and always should be—paramount.

A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Sara Beth earned her Juris Doctor while serving several leadership roles and as a member of the Alabama Trial Advocacy Competition Team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in French, from Wake Forest University, where she attended on a Division I volleyball scholarship.

Before pursuing her legal career, Sara Beth worked in Washington, D.C., and Madrid, Spain. She loves to travel the world with her family.
