Phillip D. Corley, Jr.

As a seasoned real estate attorney, Phillip represents a broad range of clients, including developers, borrowers, and lenders, in complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice focuses on real estate law, economic development, land use and zoning, and municipal law. Phillip also has extensive commercial mortgage experience advising lenders on Fannie Mae, CMBS, and portfolio loans. The depth of his experience allows him to expertly guide clients through various complex real estate matters. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Phillip practiced at a Birmingham-based full-service firm, where he served for six years as Managing Member in addition to his practice. His leadership experience, combined with his extensive legal background, provides him with a strong strategic perspective that continues to inform his practice.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.A. in history from the University of Alabama. Phillip is a Birmingham native who is passionate about serving his clients and community and contributing to their success.
