Phillip D. Corley, Jr.

As a seasoned real estate attorney, Phillip represents a broad range of clients, including lenders, borrowers, and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice focuses on real estate law, commercial lending, commercial transactions, and municipal law. Phillip also has extensive commercial mortgage experience. He advises lenders on portfolios, CMBS, and Fannie Mae loans, as well as related credit facilities. The depth of his experience allows him to expertly guide clients through various complex real estate matters. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Phillip practiced at a Birmingham-based full-service firm, where he served several years as Managing Member in addition to his practice. His leadership experience, combined with his extensive legal background, provides him with a strong strategic perspective that continues to inform his practice. 

He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.A. in history from the University of Alabama. As a native of Birmingham, Phillip is grateful to continue to serve his hometown and contribute to its development.
