Noah West

Noah is an Associate in the Firm’s Huntsville office and a member of the Corporate, Securities and Tax Practice Group.

Noah advises companies on business matters including corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He also advises clients on entity formation, restructuring strategies, corporate governance, and private equity and debt financings, among other areas of general corporate law.

Noah received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor of Mercer Law Review and is a member of the Brainerd Currie Honor Society. He earned his B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
