Neil Wilcove

Neil is an experienced commercial litigator in the Firm’s Construction practice group, dedicated to providing practical, results-driven legal counsel to the construction industry.  He is known for his thoughtful approach, clear communication, and commitment to protecting his clients’ interests at every stage of the construction project.  His practice includes representing clients in contract drafting, payment disputes, impact and delay claims, construction and design defect matters, and other issues that are commonly encountered on construction projects. Neil regularly represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers in all phases of the construction project, from contract negotiations to dispute resolution and everything in between. His general counsel advisory services fit the needs of the construction community. 

Neil’s dedication to the construction industry is evident through his service as Legal Counsel, Board of Directors and Legislative Task Group leader to the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia, Inc., and Georgia Built. He also serves as Executive Committee member for the Construction Financial Management Association of Georgia (CFMA) and sits on national committees for both ABC National and CFMA National.  He is also the proud co-host of the Building Leaders Radio Hour podcast series. 

Neil has a deep understanding of the field built throughout his years as a construction attorney, and he brings that developed knowledge to every case he handles. He approaches each case strategically, guiding clients through all phases of construction and real estate disputes.  Neil's experience, combined with his passion for the industry, makes him well-suited to handle a broad range of complex construction matters.
