Relying on her near decade of experience handling labor and employment cases, Lindsey provides reliable counsel to clients on routine and complex matters. She has served as the lead attorney handling a wide array of employment matters, including litigation of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and EPA claims in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2023, Lindsey was a Partner at Green Mistretta Law, PLLC, in Raleigh, NC. During her time there, she drafted, reviewed, and litigated employment agreements and provided sound legal advice to employers regarding employment policies and procedures.
Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her juris doctor from Campbell University School of Law, cum laude.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling to the beach, and visiting Raleigh’s parks and museums.
