Overview
Kyle is an Associate and Member of Maynard Nexsen's Government Solutions Practice Group. Leveraging his experience from the user-side of defense technology, Kyle helps businesses in aerospace and defense markets reach their goals.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kyle graduated from The Citadel and served in the United States Army as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot. He is qualified in both the AH-64 Apache and UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters, and in 2018, he deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan as an Operations Officer. He continues to serve as an Attack Aviation Company Commander in the South Carolina National Guard.
While in law school at the University of Alabama School of Law, Kyle served as an intern to the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink at the Court of Federal Claims, dealing with bid protests and other government contract-related disputes. He also served as the President of the Military Law Society, where he coordinated a national-level media event to support veterans’ and servicemembers’ awareness.
Kyle holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from The Citadel.
