Emily represents government contractors and other businesses in litigation against the United States and other contractors. She also defends contractors against claims and suits by former employees, teaming partners, and subcontractors.

Her experience includes filing and intervening in protests at the Court of Federal Claims and GAO and filing and defending size protests before the United States Small Business Administration. Emily also represents contractors filing claims against the United States and in litigation in both state and federal court. She also represents fiduciaries and other interested parties in contested estate and guardianship matters and individuals involved in shareholder disputes.

Emily is on the board of the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program and regularly assists pro bono clients.

Emily is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, and she holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Lipscomb University.
