Darren Harrington

Darren is a seasoned employment attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing employers in employment litigation and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) matters, non-compete and trade secrets disputes, wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and anti-discrimination claims.

Darren has built a strong reputation advising employers with precision and strategic insight. He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and holds both a B.B.A. and a B.A. from Southern Methodist University, where he lettered four years as a football player. Harrington enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a reservist in the 4th Reconnaissance Battalion.
