Christian is a senior associate and member of Maynard Nexsen’s Private Markets Practice Group and the firm’s Venture Capital and Emerging Growth teams.

Christian focuses his practice on three primary areas - M&A, equity investments, and emerging growth companies – which leads him to work with a broad range of clients operating across an array of industries. This focus allows Christian to add strategic value to his clients that goes beyond traditional legal counsel.

• The $6.5 billion Series I fundraise of Stripe, Inc.
• The $150 million financing of OneTrust LLC.
• The $1 billion Series E financing of Celonis SE, a provider of process mining and execution management solutions based in Munich, Germany.
• The acquisition of Independence Behavior Solutions, an applied behavior analysis ("ABA") therapy company based in Savannah, Georgia by Frontline Healthcare Partners, a healthcare focused private equity fund.
• Representation of a leading credit card affiliate marketing company in connection with its sale to a U.K. based strategic buyer.
• Representation of a top 25 insurance brokerage firm in a merger transaction.
• Representation of an automated online rights enforcement company in a recapitalization.
