Overview
Carl Petkoff is an experienced litigation attorney in the firm’s Charleston office. His practice focuses primarily on complex civil disputes, including business and commercial litigation, corporate restructuring matters, and disputes involving lenders. In addition, Carl regularly represents financial institutions and other entities in bankruptcy cases across North and South Carolina.
Carl earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Miami University.
