Overview

Wade advises clients in a variety of commercial finance and corporate matters. Tapping into his strong corporate law background, he works closely with business clients as well as a wide range of financial institutions to advise them on all aspects of their strategic initiatives.

His commercial finance practice consists of representing regional and national banks, community banks, credit unions, investment firms, and other finance companies in all types of commercial loan transactions, including syndications and large-scale, multi-state portfolio loans, mezzanine financing, participations, construction loans, real property acquisitions, and asset-based loans, as well as healthcare and technology industry financing, refinancing and restructuring.

In his corporate practice, Wade represents clients across different industries in connection with private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, including advising clients on general corporate governance matters.

Wade earned his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he was a member of the Dickinson Law Review and the Banking & Finance Law Society. He holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama.
