Drawing on decades of experience, Hall provides strategic, practical counsel to clients navigating complex transactions and evolving tax issues.
“Wells is widely respected for his depth of knowledge, judgment, and leadership in the tax bar,” said Rick Reames, Chair of Maynard Nexsen’s Tax Practice Group. “His extensive experience advising clients on high‑level transactional and planning matters strengthens our bench and enhances the value we deliver to clients across industries. We are thrilled to welcome him to the firm.”
