Lisa Sumner Appointed Chair of ABA Business Bankruptcy Committee
Lisa Sumner, a Shareholder in the Firm’s Raleigh office, has been appointed to a three-year term as Chair of the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the ABA Business Law Section. In this leadership role, Lisa will help guide the Committee’s programming, initiatives and 34 subcommittees serving bankruptcy and restructuring practitioners nationwide, further reflecting her deep experience in credit and restructuring matters.
