Bo Bledsoe

Bo draws on his technical background to clearly communicate complex ideas and to process, assess, and use information in service of his clients’ strategic goals. As a shareholder in the firm’s Complex Litigation, Products Liability, and Real Estate & Title Insurance practice groups, Bo has handled a wide range of real estate, commercial, products liability, and franchise matters across the country.

Bo represents a diverse roster of clients, including financial institutions, manufacturers, developers, property owners, franchisors, and insurers. He has extensive experience representing automobile manufacturers on franchise and licensing issues, including dealer franchise litigation in Alabama, Georgia, and Arkansas, and he regularly advises clients on dealer licensing and regulatory matters nationwide.

In the products liability arena, Bo serves as national coordinating counsel for a global manufacturing company, overseeing its American products liability docket. In this role, he has managed thousands of cases in jurisdictions spanning the country, directing legal and trial strategy, expert discovery, and docket management.

Bo’s peers have recognized him in Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Products Liability. Before attending law school, he graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a degree in Wireless and Electrical Engineering.
