Overview
Bill is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Environmental practice group, where he represents businesses and industries in environmental and health and safety matters. His practice encompasses a broad range of environmental issues affecting air, water, and land, including regulatory compliance and enforcement at the local, state, and federal levels; litigation and dispute resolution before civil and administrative tribunals; and environmental due diligence in real estate and business transactions.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Bill worked as an associate at a full-service firm based in the southeast, where he focused on helping clients maintain compliance with evolving environmental laws and regulations. He has experience advising businesses on matters involving stormwater and wastewater permitting, wetlands, solid and hazardous waste, Superfund sites, and brownfield redevelopment.
Bill earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and holds a B.S. from the University of South Carolina.
