Wei is Of Counsel in Maynard Nexsen’s Insurance and Labor & Employment practice groups.
Wei has an extensive labor & employment law background, with a proven track record of advocating for employers in multiple legal areas and tackling a multitude of cases involving employer-centric concerns. Her practice primarily focuses on employment disputes, but she also has experience supporting complex commercial, antitrust, contract, partnership and corporate governance matters. Beyond resolution, Wei also offers strategic guidance to her clients, steering them through business policy intricacies and litigation prevention measures.
She adeptly manages legal conflicts domestically and internationally, spanning state and federal jurisdictions. Wei represents a diverse clientele of American, Chinese and Taiwanese enterprises.
Wei is completely fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English languages.
Wei holds an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. She earned an LL.B. from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China.
