Toler Presley

Toler is an Associate in the Firm’s Construction and Real Estate practice groups. He brings a distinctive combination of industry experience and legal training to his practice, allowing him to approach each matter with insight and care.

Toler earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University. Following graduation, he worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for a construction firm in Memphis, Tennessee. In that role, he managed construction projects, negotiated contracts, and collaborated with owners, engineers, and contractors to minimize risk. Toler holds a Professional Engineering license as a civil engineer.

Toler received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude, where he served as an editor of the Alabama Law Review. He completed multiple clerkships, including serving as a Summer Associate at Maynard Nexsen.
