Overview

Tim is Of Counsel in Maynard Nexsen's Labor & Employment practice group, where he advises and represents employers in employment litigation and a broad range of workplace matters. He works with clients across various industries to address complex issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and restrictive covenant disputes.

Tim represents employers in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies. In addition to his litigation practice, he provides day-to-day counseling on personnel matters, including performance management, employee discipline, terminations, accommodations, and leave-related issues. He also assists clients with the development and revision of employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment agreements.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Tim served as an associate with a national labor and employment law firm and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Allison E. Accurso of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Those experiences provided him with valuable insight into both employment law and the judicial process, which continue to shape his client-focused approach today.

Tim earned his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from Rutgers University.
