Overview

Terrie is the Managing Director, Financial & Economic Analysis in Maynard Nexsen’s Public Finance practice group. She has over 30 years of experience providing financial analyses for public finance and economic development entities.

Terrie has experience providing financial analyses in connection with public finance bond issues, including debt service structure, private business use, useful life of assets, bond yield, weighted average maturity and calculation of maximum annual debt service. She is also skilled at modeling the financial impacts of proposed economic development legislation, analyzing taxes and incentives for economic development projects and preparing economic impact studies.

She assists clients under audit by the IRS and provides Arbitrage Rebate calculations for tax-exempt issuers.

Terrie works across the Firm’s Corporate section with a focus on Public Finance and Economic Development. 

Terrie holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she was awarded the Jerry D. Young Dean’s Award. She earned her B.A. in Communication, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami.
