Taylor Dorenkott

Taylor is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate & Business Transactions practice group.  

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen full-time, Taylor served as a Summer Associate for two consecutive years, where she assisted with real estate and corporate transactions by drafting and reviewing closing checklists and conducting due diligence. She also has experience conducting comprehensive title and lien searches and assisting with legal research and discovery-related matters. 

Taylor earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor and Associate Online Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. She was also a member of the Dean's Leadership Council Special Initiatives Committee. Taylor holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from Belmont University, where she was named to the Dean's List each semester while competing as a Division I student-athlete on the women's soccer team.
