Shruti Jaishankar

Shruti Jaishankar is a litigator who represents financial institutions in financial services and employment disputes. Her practice focuses on defending customer claims arising from retail brokerage relationships, including suitability, misrepresentation, fiduciary duty, negligence, and other investment-related disputes. She has particular experience handling matters involving account takeovers, unauthorized transactions, financial scams, and other fraud-related losses. Shruti regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association.

Shruti has broad experience handling employment disputes in the securities industry, including financial advisor expungement proceedings, promissory note litigation, business disputes involving breach of contract and tortious interference claims, and defamation matters.
