Scott Davidson

Scott is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate practice group. He has experience representing a broad range of clients engaged in commercial real estate transactions, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and both public and private companies across various industries such as industrial, retail, and medical. Scott works on negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, managing transaction closings, negotiating leases, and advising on mergers and acquisitions.

Scott earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he graduated first in his class and was a member of the Order of the Coif and a Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He received his B.S. from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce.
