Samantha Egge*

Samantha is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen's Labor & Employment practice group, where she represents and advises employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including workplace litigation and compliance-related issues. Her practice encompasses defending employers against claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes, as well as counseling clients on emerging workplace issues at the intersection of artificial intelligence and employment law. Samantha helps organizations navigate evolving legal and regulatory requirements while developing practical solutions to workplace challenges.

Taking a business-focused approach, Samantha works closely with clients to identify and mitigate legal risks, maintain compliance, and strengthen workplace practices. She also assists employers with the development of policies, procedures, and strategies designed to reduce litigation exposure and promote positive employee relations.

Samantha earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
