Robert L Rearden, III

Robert is an experienced real estate attorney in the Firm’s Atlanta office, where he serves as the managing Shareholder.

Robert's practice includes a broad range of real estate work with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and debt financing for clients. He represents owners, operators, developers, lenders and investors in projects across the country, with a particular concentration in the Southeast. His representative work includes transactions for national and regional apartment owners and operators, hotel financings, mixed-use projects, and land acquisition and development for industrial users.

Robert has significant experience in structuring, forming, and restructuring real estate ventures and partnerships. His practice also includes public finance matters, where he advises on public-private partnerships and economic incentive arrangements.

Before joining the firm, Robert was a partner at Miller Lavoie, LLP, a preeminent real estate firm that merged with Maynard Nexsen in 2025.
