Overview
Remington is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Credit & Restructuring Practice Group. He has experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing lease agreements for a variety of commercial properties, including multifamily, retail, mixed-use, office, and industrial spaces. He also represents national and regional financial institutions in a range of commercial real estate financing matters, including construction loans, acquisition and development loans, term loans, mezzanine financing, and revolving credit facilities.
Remington brings experience as a commercial real estate and land use attorney, advising clients on leasing strategies and complex, high-value real estate transactions. He approaches each matter with strategic insight and a client-focused perspective informed by his experience.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.A. from the College of Wooster.
