Rebecca is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Insurance practice group.

Her practice focuses on representing clients in ERISA claims, fiduciary liability litigation and counseling, and insurance coverage disputes. Rebecca’s extensive experience and strong attention to detail make her well-suited to handle a wide range of insurance-related cases.

Before joining Maynard Nexsen, Rebecca served as Of Counsel at a national full-service firm, where she focused on insurance and employment matters. In that role, she successfully defended and resolved numerous matters involving insurers, employers, and other large business entities.

She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she was a member of the Thurston Honor Society and the Associate Managing Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

  • Successfully defended and resolved hundreds of suits against insurers, employers, and other large business entities.
