Patterson Johnston Webb

Patterson is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen Venture Partners, the Firm’s Venture Capital and Emerging Growth team, and the Private Markets Practice.  

She concentrates her practice on advising and providing legal counsel to investor-backed businesses ranging in size from start-ups to large operating companies. While the clients she assists span various industries, Patterson has a particular focus in the technology and healthcare sectors. Her experience includes assisting with acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives, financing, structuring businesses, and drafting and reviewing business and operational contracts.

Patterson received her J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law. In law school, she was an advocate on the Trial Ad Competition team and a member of the Dorbin Association. She also holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
