Overview

Patrick works as an Associate in the Firm’s Financial Services practice group. With a diverse background spanning litigation, international trade, and national security, he brings a multidimensional perspective to every matter he handles.

Previously, Patrick practiced at a D.C.-based firm where he focused on International Trade and National Security, advising clients on U.S. trade remedies and policy, foreign investment, export controls, sanctions, supply chains, and other national security issues. He then went on to serve as a term clerk for the Honorable Amanda K. Brailsford at the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. There, he managed a diverse criminal and civil docket covering a range of complex legal issues, including antitrust, bank and wire fraud, communications and data privacy, and Constitutional law.

His legal insight is informed by his background in strategic analysis. As an Intelligence Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, he maintained a top-secret clearance and analyzed military operations and strategic developments. Patrick also worked as an Intelligence Officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency, where he completed a rotational assignment to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He previously worked as an aide to Congressman John Yarmouth of Louisville, Kentucky. The critical thinking and precision required in these roles continue to shape his approach to his legal practice.

Patrick earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from George Mason University Law School and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Bellarmine University.
