Overview
Park is a Shareholder in Maynard Nexsen’s Insurance and Financial Services Litigation practice group, where he represents insurers, financial institutions, and businesses in litigation nationwide.
Prior to joining the Firm, Park practiced at a boutique litigation firm specializing in complex business litigation. He has experience representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides of commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
Park earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Alabama Law Review, was a national quarterfinalist on the ABA National Moot Court Team, and was named the “Most Outstanding Advocate” of the annual John A. Campbell Moot Court Competition. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Corey L. Maze of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
