Nyssa is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate practice group. Her practice involves acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing within hospitality, retail, and office sectors. Nyssa’s practice spans across several facets of commercial real estate matters.

Nyssa brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every engagement, drawing on both legal and analytical insights to deliver value-driven results.

Nyssa earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where she also received a certification in Legal Analytics, focusing on emerging technologies such as blockchain. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she assisted clients in the resolution of federal income or employment tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. She holds a B.A. from Emory University.
