Neha Nayak

Neha is an Associate in the Firm’s Employment & Labor practice group. She has experience handling a range of employment cases spanning Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), wage-and-hour, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) related matters. Neha approaches each matter with a strategic and informed perspective, along with a strong commitment to addressing client needs.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Neha served as an Associate at a national law firm, where she represented clients in employment matters from initial case assessment through resolution. She also brings previous experience from the technology sales industry, further informing her understanding of business operations and client relationships. 

Neha earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was an active member of both the Immigration & Deportation Defense and the Intellectual Property & Internet Justice Clinic. She holds her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
