Max Rogowsky is an Associate in the Firm’s Financial Services practice group. He has experience across bankruptcy, litigation, and securities arbitration and is well-versed in cryptocurrency regulation as well as mergers and acquisitions. Max’s multifaceted background allows him to support clients navigating complex financial and regulatory matters.
Max earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Staff Member for both the New York International Law Review and the Commercial Division Online Law Report. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
