Overview
Mary Grace Cordtz Robinson is an Associate in the Firm’s nationally recognized Securities and Financial Services Litigation practice group. Mary Grace's practice focuses on the defense of financial institutions in securities and employment claims. Prior to joining the firm full-time, she served as a Summer Associate at Maynard Nexsen, where she gained valuable experience researching SEC laws and regulations related to corporate transactions and litigation matters, as well as editing purchase agreements for mergers and public company deals.
Mary Grace previously worked as a legal intern at Altec Industries, a private manufacturing company. There, she collaborated with in-house counsel to support multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions and conducted legal research on state statutes concerning labor and employment issues. She also served as an intern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama for Honorable Madeline Haikala.
Mary Grace is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was an editor on the Mississippi Sports Law Journal. Before attending law school, she attended the University of Virginia and earned her B.A.
