Marky Bingham

Marky focuses her practice on public finance and government procurement matters for clients, which include municipalities, government entities, schools and boards of education, and hospitals. Whether Maynard Nexsen’s public finance team serves as bond, disclosure, underwriter’s, bank, or borrower’s counsel, Marky assists and provides counsel through all phases of the transaction. She has particular knowledge in the area of regulatory compliance.

Marky earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. She also attended the University of Alabama, where she received a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance and Economics.
