Overview

Mark is a Florida litigator with more than 30 years of experience representing businesses and public agencies in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He is a trusted advisor to employers and management in a broad range of employment matters, with a practice concentrated in workplace disputes, regulatory compliance, and restrictive covenant litigation.

Drawing on 17 years of experience managing his own practice, Mark offers clients a sophisticated understanding of the legal and operational challenges facing business leaders. He counsels employers on minimizing risk and avoiding disputes through the development of employment policies, procedures, and agreements, as well as management and workforce training. Mark is also a long-time Florida Circuit Civil and Middle District of Florida certified mediator and a former adjunct professor at a Central Florida law school, reflecting the depth of his experience as both an advocate and a counselor.
