Overview

Mark is an Associate in the Firm’s Complex and Commercial Litigation practice group. He has broad experience across a range of practice areas, including trucking, construction, premises liability, and qui tam litigation, in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mark practiced at a litigation-focused firm where he took and defended more than 25 depositions, including those of plaintiffs, defendants, experts, and fact witnesses.

Before beginning his legal career, Mark worked as an Independent Commodities Trader, where he developed in-depth knowledge of various markets, including equity indices, U.S. Treasuries, precious metals, and agricultural commodities.

Mark holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he earned the Cali Book Award for Alabama Civil Procedure. He graduated with his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
