Malcolm is an Associate in the Firm's Employment & Labor practice group.
Before joining Maynard Nexsen as a full-time attorney, Malcolm earned his B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama, where he was a fellow in the Blackburn Institute and a consultant in the Speaking Studio—the University’s premier resource for helping professors and students overcome public speaking anxiety.
Malcolm continued his commitment to service at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society and Senator of the Student Bar Association. He was also a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board and received the John England Award, which recognizes the African American student with the highest GPA in their class.
Malcolm graduated with his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
