Overview
Madison is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance practice group.
Before joining Maynard Nexsen, Madison served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael P. Mills in the Northern District of Mississippi. Her experience clerking provided Madison with a strong understanding of the federal trial court process and enhanced her legal research and writing skills.
Madison earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal and Secretary of the Student Bar Association. During law school, Madison gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate in the Firm’s Birmingham office. She also served as a Summer Law Clerk for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in News Media and Political Science from the University of Alabama, where she served as a journalist for The Crimson White and Alabama Public Radio.
