Laura M. Mallory

Laura Mallory represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She counsels clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws; hiring and termination policies; drug testing, and other employment-related issues. She drafts separation agreements, restrictive covenants, policies, and employee handbooks. Laura also represents employers against claims such as allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and FLSA violations. 

Laura practiced in the Nashville office of Bass, Berry & Sims and in New Jersey at the law offices of Weiner Lesniak LLP prior to joining Maynard Nexsen. She focused her practice on employment law matters. After law school, Laura served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William L'E. Wertheimer, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division.
