Overview

Landon is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Litigation Practice Group, which assists clients with various general litigation matters, many of which relate to business and commercial disputes. Landon also works with the Firm’s Immigration Practice Group where she prepares nonimmigrant work visa petitions for companies hiring foreign nationals (L-1, O-1, H-1B, E-2, TN); employment-based immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3); and family-based immigrant petitions. In both the Litigation and Immigration Practice Groups, Landon represents clients in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, information technology, financial services, healthcare, life sciences and higher education.

Landon earned her J.D., cum laude, from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law where she served as the Student Materials Editor for American Journal of Trial Advocacy. While at Samford, Landon also obtained and her MBA from Samford University, Brock School of Business, cum laude. Landon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, where she majored in Accounting, from Auburn University.
