Overview
Kiana is an Associate in the Firm’s Credit & Restructuring practice group.
She previously worked as a Summer Associate with the Firm, where she gained valuable experience revising loan documents, drafting resolutions, and conducting legal research. She also served as an intern for the Federal Defenders Office of the Southern District of Alabama, reviewing case citations and conducting case research.
Kiana earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor for the Journal of Legal Profession. She holds her B.A. from the University of Alabama.
