Overview
Kelly Lynch is Of Counsel in Maynard Nexsen's Complex & Commercial practice group, where she focuses on representing homebuilders and land developers in real estate and construction litigation. Her practice includes handling contract compliance and breach disputes, construction defect matters, and a wide range of dispute resolution issues.
Before joining the Firm, Kelly previously practiced at a mid-Atlantic full-service law firm, where she was a member of both the Home Builder Litigation and Commercial Litigation groups. In that role, she handled both state and federal litigation across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for her steady, composed approach and her dedication to her clients.
Kelly earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law. She holds her B.A., magna cum laude, from James Madison University, where she competed as a Division 1 Student Athlete playing for the school’s golf team.
