Overview
As an experienced insurance attorney, Katrina focuses on blending together precise legal research and creative solutions. She has experience representing both corporate and individual policyholders across a range of insurance coverage disputes, offering strategic counsel on policy interpretation, claims handling, and bad faith matters.
With a thoughtful and compassionate approach to each case, Katrina is committed to achieving outcomes that best serve her clients’ unique needs. In addition to her insurance, Katrina also has experience across a diverse area of litigation, including commercial, securities, intellectual property, antitrust, and general litigation.
She graduated with her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she participated in both the Family Advocacy Clinic and Corporate Social Responsibility Clinic. She also served as the Alumni Affairs Editor for the Fordham Moot Court and as the Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal, further strengthening her attention to detail and organizational skills, qualities that she brings to her current work. Prior to law school, Katrina had the opportunity to serve as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Craig Richman on the Los Angeles Superior Court. During law school, she continued to build on this experience as a Judicial Intern on the Court of Appeals for the Republic of Ireland. Katrina received her B.A. from the University of Southern California.
