Kate Register*

Kate is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate & Business Transaction practice group. She advises clients on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital markets and securities, and other complex commercial transactions. Kate’s background in corporate law has strengthened her analytical skills and attention to detail, which she applies to every client matter.

Kate received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a Senior Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Kate was also an active member of the Space Law Society and Women's Legal Alliance. She holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama.
